1. How much will I pay for shipping?

We're proud to provide 100% FREE Shipping to all 195 Countries. We are working on including an expedited option in the near future, as well. 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our merchandise is stored at various warehouses across the globe, including the US, CA, CH and EU. This is why our shipping times may vary in length, depending on your region. Additionally, our carriers continue to experience delays due to the pandemic. However, you can expect to receive your order within 8-18 days worldwide. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

3. Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your new items, but in the event you are not satisfied with your order (or receive a damaged or defective product) we offer a 30 Day Refund Policy. Please note we do not accept physical returns at this time. 

If you need to cancel your order, please be sure to reach out as soon as possible. Once 24 hours have passed, we will be unable to cancel your order as it will already be in fulfillment/preparing for shipment. 

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Utilize our tracking page to keep tabs on your order. It can take 1-3 business days for tracking information to become available and up to date.
